Diagnostic Port Not Working

When I plug my scan tool into the L it does nothing, display will not even come on. The scan tool is good I pluged it into my neighbors F150. I tried disconnecting the battery and pulling the chip and it didnt help. Anyone seen this before?

Are you running a Diablo Revolution chip>??? This is a common problem with them. You would think they would get it straightened out before releasing their product. -Mat-

Could very well be the fuse. Check the fuses on the drivers side underdash. It's a 20amp fuse on the upper left side of fuse box.
