Angry Fluttering Problem!

Did a search on this and never really found a thread were someone found out what the fix was for this. Went to the track last night and the L started doing that fluttering crap at about half track and at WOT there after. I run a 6lb lower and Tr6's gapped @ .037. (stock eaton) Need some help on this one!

i had a problem that went like this, just have a chip and filter, at idle truck would bobble every couple seconds, at any load it would hesitite and dobble and shake and at a comstant speed, like the cruise set at 65, it would bobble every few seconds also , it was bad coil packs..

so does your problem seem it be just at half to full throttle or most anytime??

do u ice your intake, water could have gotten on the packs and down the holes..

The plugs have 1000 miles on them at best. I do ice the intake but use towels in between the bag and intake to control water. nobodys perfect though, I guess its possible. under normal acceleration its fine or if reved in neutral its good and strong.

yep, neutral always is, no load, first wait a day or so, see if it clears up, mine did it after an engine wash but cleared up the next day..

In my opnion, Plugs are the first thing to check. Also if your runing high boost you might consider closing that gap a little. I run 18 lb of boost most days and have blown the spark out on my TR-6's gapped at .38"

i had a the fluttering problem and it is an exhaust leak, the l will be a REM on wed for a fix, there is no sound when it is in park just on the throttle and it sounds like it is under the engine

My problem is definetly a boost, fuel, or spark issue, when it occurs it totally kills the run or WOT pull.
