I felt really dumb trying to post the picture so I just put the link in.

It's just the KB with the 9 inch cool crank pulley and 3", 3.25" and 3.5" blower pulley's withe wrench the total came to $3200.00. I only have a stock block efan, ftvb, slapper bars, Nitto 555r's and psp fresh air. I plan on running 15-16#'s on the street and see where that puts me. If I can't get high 11's then I might try some race gas and slicks with a touch more boost.

I'll keep a pretty conservative tune and hope for the best with my rods.

Sweet!

Good luck with the setup! Sounds like you got a pretty good price on everything as well!

Thanks, they only charged me for the blower and the crank pulley. It's funny the crank pulley feels like it weighs less than the smallest blower pulley.

How long do you think it should take for the swap. KB said only a few hours but I was wondering how longh it has taken some of you guys?

congrats on your purchase.

hey guys.

it s not that difficult to swap the eaton for a kenne bell blower. get ready to fabricate some of the brackets from their factory positions. My buddy and i built the black 03 (what vpr)...built lower, ported heads w/cams, converter, and the KB. This was one hell of a project but just a KB swap is gravy. Be careful not to push too much boost or you can kiss that stock block goodbye. Better have a good set of plugs and plenty of spares. The black truck is putting out 15 lbs but is ready for 22lbs. We might try the 22 at FFW if we finish tuning it. We will see everybody at VMP. Good luck to everyone!

Later

Ralph

Ed is pretty good. I have talked with him about Mustangs many times. I am guessing your down by Norfolk or so huh? Ever talk to The Goat?

Let me know if you need some help. Shouldnt be a hard swap.

I didn't see Long tube headers in your mod list??

With the Kenne Bell you are going to need a good free flowing exhaust. It is not just the boost level you will be running, but the volume of air the KB makes.

If you put it in you better get it out

You might want to think about fuel pumps and injectors with the KB.

I am sure ED will be able to get it tuned for you. I don't know him, but if he is a SCT dealer they will have some good tunes for you. However just in case Jim from JDM will be in Richmond next weekend. So if you need some tuning it will be nice to have him local to you. Plus since ED and Jim are both SCT dealers they can both tune your same chip or programer.

I hope you be a racing bud??
I will be there and it is allways mice to have more guys to race with.
