18s on the front, 20s on the back...
Has anybody done this? Any pictures? I'm toying with the idea of 20x10 and 18x8.5 wheels with 285/50/18 and 315/50/20 tires. That will probably create quite a rake.
Not exactly but I do have a 2" bigger rim on the rear.
I went with 20x8.5's on the front with 255/35-20 tires and 22x10's on the rear with 285/30-22 tires. I have a 2/2 drop and because of the 2" taller rear tire and the 2" taller than front rear(4" taller total), it has a wicked rake. Too high in the back!! After I install the rear spring hangers it will be a 2/5 drop just to get it close to level. One thing i can suggest is keeping the sidewall hieght of the tires very close to the same front and rear. The sidewall difference is very noticable with the different height rims.

I've thought about it too, but then began to realize that you would be going through the rear tires the most which are going to be the more expensive out of the two sizes. I think it would be nice to see if the look would be worth it though.

The thing to keep in mind when doing this is the overall tire diameter. They can not be off by more than 5% (I think this is the right number), especially if you have 4-wheel ABS. If they're off more than allowed it will send false readings to your ABS sensor.
