Okay I checked the wire harness and couldent find any damage. Replaced both intercooler fuses and the pumps still not working. also checked to see if the pump is pluged in.

Is there any lines you have to mess with when taking the eaton off? cause this seems to have happend after i got my supercharger ported.

What are my next steps in tracking down the pump failure?

theres a way to "hot wire" the IC pump I think, by jumping the two leads under the fuse. If it doesn't turn on while doing that I would think its burnt.

From: Colorado,
heck you can just unplug the pump and hook up some jumper cables to your battery.
Then make up some test leads and touch them to the terminals in the pump.

I did it and it runs both directions depending on the polarity. Doesn't hurt a thing on a DC motor.

Enjoy!

Okay guys the intercooler pump problem has been fixed!

Temps went from 160-170 degree's cruising to 99-110 degree's cruising!

Feels like a new truck!

Replaced the pump. Nothing
Replaced Fuzes. Nothing
Got really mad. Nothing

took it to frends house he got under the truck unpluged my pump plug messed with it a little he found out the ground wire was not all the way out. so he pushed it back in so it caught on the barbs.

Whallah!

im so happy right now.

funny thing is I dyno'd the truck with 190-200 degree IAC2 temp and got 393 to the wheels with 9 degree's timeing (computer pulls if its hotter) at below 10.0 A/F.

Sal leaned it up a bit and it felt way better. then i fixed my intercooler and it feels like a monster!

? was could the computer of added fuel cause it was so hot and now that I leaned my program its going to be to Lean?

Anyway thanks for all your help guys
