Angry NO S/C WHINE?

i don't understand i finally got my intercooler fixed. the intercooler was cloged and the people who put in my motor last year ,put the intercooler hoses on backwards wtf but finally got it fixed but i still have no s/c whine what so ever what could make this happen i still push like 10 pounds of boost and when the intercooler was fixed it took longer to get to 10 psi. any reason it might not work a friend said it could be my exuast i have flowmasters maybe the mufflers guts are blown out its a lot louder then the bassani not deeper but more high pitch louder. i want to get my s/c whine back so any help will be really helpful thanks alot in advance........chris

the i/c got clogged? with what? that may be a reason why it built boost faster, the air backed up in the intake. as far as why its not whinning...im not too sure.

Got something stuck in your ears? If it's pushing 10psi then you'll hear it. Even with a stock air box.

Go here: http://home.midsouth.rr.com/lightningpage/tips.html scroll about 1/2 way down and read the boost actuator adjustment to determine if yours is set correctly.

guys, I've heard his truck. it is truly odd--there really isn't a whine. We even swapped my open filter to his truck and it still didn't really make a whine. there's a little *tiny* bit of whine, but not even 1/4 of what mine stock sound like
