May have to pull it back apart, Something is not right.
I'd really be asking the guys you had do the work WTF they did.
my first flag, was when they had the intercooler hose's wrong. How many of these have they worked on? What else did they do wrong? are you sure they didn't borrow the rotor pacs for something
Maybe just pull the upper plenum and have someone turn the engine over to make sure the rotors are turning, problem just sounds to odd if the supercharger is turning.

He is making over 10psi of boost so the rotors in the bloer are turning.
The only thing I can think of is that there is something absorbing the sound? Maybe they forgot a couple of rags on your intercooler when they bolted the blower on?
I hope you get this fixed.. the whine is half the fun!
