On my way to work yesterday, i was just cruising around 45 mph.. then i started hearing some clicking type noise.. it seems a tad bit slower, but doesnt idle rough or anything, and it seems to come and go.. also sometimes when i start my truck it seems like only 2 cylinders fire to start with, then goes back to normal within 3 seconds.. When i start from a dead stop and accelerate slowly, it is somewhat audible again.. any ideas wtf this could be? did i blow a plug? its an 04 with only 5k miles It sort of sounds like my sisters car did and it needed new spark plugs, but i have no idea.. I traded in a 01 f350 diesel so im used to all sorts of rattling

The only mods i have are a REM exhaust (sounds amazing) and an oil seperator..

 

It kind of sounds like a lose plug. With out hearing it it's hard to say. If you blew a plug you would most definetly know cuz you would have to work with it just to keep it runing. It would also be load as heck.

Also rember to change your fuel filter at least every 3rd oil change.
