After my 4# pulley and Predator custom tune, my L seems to studder between 80-90 mph. After that it pulls just fine. WTF? I've tried regapping my TR55ix's at .039, adding more fuel at WOT with the Predator, and turning the od off. Does the torque converter have anything to do with it? Please let me know if anyone else's L does this. I run in 2 weeks with some friends and i'm sure this will keep me from breaking into the 12's Thanks guys..

 

You might want to go with some TR6IX and gap them to .035".

Those TR55IX probably started out at .055" so you had to do a lot of bending.

 

O.K., i ordered some TR6's today, i'll let you know in a week or so. Thanks for the "how to" on your web page, it saved me alot of time awhile back
