Question Please Help With Part Throttle Miss!

I just put my Apten Blower on Thursday and the install when fine. I drove the truck Friday night and everything was fine. The truck was running better than ever. Well today while driving my truck I noticed that my truck was missing when I would open the throttle as little as possible, the truck would cut out for just a second then it would clear right up. It also does this when you are barley giving the truck gas and then let off the throttle quickly it seems like to stops firing for a second then resumes back to running perfect. The truck runs perfect if you are giving it more than half throttle or if you just are reving it up. I have checked every thing that I know to check. All of my vaccum lines are hooked back up, my fuel filter and TR6 plugs only have 1K miles on them. I didn't notice the miss until put the Apten Blower on. THere is no check engine light on. So what should I do next. Think it could be the TR6 plugs? Can my Ford dealer find my miss if there is no service engine soon light on?

How rough?

I mean I blew a "valve spring" ; which is what the dealership told me. it was really roughly at less than 1/2 throttle.

the passenger very front side bloew something, beucase hthe coil + plug was replaced I noticed. I have a feeling I blew a plug but since the SES light never came on the valve spring break claim may well be true.

I doubt its my problem I had though, Mine is actaully pretty rare I had.

Latemodel- Did you ever find out what was causing it to miss?

Pull the plugs and check them anyway. It doesn't take but a second to burn a couple of tips no matter how new the plugs.

If he was burning the plugs off in less then 1k miles whats up wtih that???

his chip burng + PCM are so uncalibrated he ruins his spark burning + engine?

I don't think a chip can be off that much.

I'd like to know if it is that reason or not.

Is it common to have this part throttle miss after porting the Eaton blower?

i guess it has to be a a/f things from the more airflow of the ported eaton but i thoght the truck was supose to adjust the a/f under part throttle driving to keep the a/f correct i cant stand my truck having this miss

Mine doesn't.

If you burn a tip or two at WOT it can cause noticeable miss at part throttle.

Been there and done that back in the day.

The plugs might not be your problem but it's the first place that I would look. If you didn't get a reburn after the ported blower then it could have pushed you over the edge as far as timing or A/F ratio at WOT.
