Build Longblock

Who does the best longblock?
What is the strongest crank, rod, and piston setup?
Based on quick measurements and figures I am thinking about grabbing the Nav motor, the 03 4 valve Cobra heads, and then ordering a lower manifold and cooler from a Cobra to go between the heads. Any suggestions on rotating assembly, head porters, cams, head gaskets, etc. would really help. I have to do something that is not stupidly expensive. HELP

I need your help guys.
The plan right now is to KB, pulley and chip it for the summer, then come winter do a motor swap.
Think the 5.4 4 valve if done right will make some stupid power.
Think that I may grab the motor and start slowly peicing it together and have it ready by November or December, so that after the New Year I can do the swap and make a few other changes

Every single question you have asked so far has been hashed and rehashed many times before to learn to use the search function.

To put it simply NO a navigator motor with 4v heads will not bolt in without a lot of work and changes. JDM tried for 13 months and couldnt do it.

PLease learn to use the search or everyone here will simply keep ignoring your posts.

Holy search police Batman.

If you have a 02 or older truck I would try to find a place that uses the newer heads with more threads for the spark plugs.
To answer your question though, I sure just about everyone will give you different answers there are many reputable companies to choose from and not all are supporting venders here.

By far the best built longblock you can get would be from Ronnie Crawford. His name is not well known in the lightning arena but he builds motors for high level roadracing and drag mustangs.
