Will a Navigator 4 valve 5.4 long block work below the stock Lightning intake setup?? Just found one than needs a rebuild because of a rod knock, they pulled and replaced it. Also know where a set of cobra heads are, but that is secret cause I don't want someone to snake them.

 

4 valve heads won't work with 2 valve lightning set up.

 

Is there any differance in deck height between the 4.6 and the 5.4? Mabye could use a cobra lower manifold to. Any one else please chime in

 

Yes the 5.4 has a taller deck, but same size bore.

 

You're really not getting the hang of the search thing, RD.

If you just give it a try, you will be pleased. Just a simple search for "4-valve" and, withing 60 seconds, I was able to bring up everything about 4-valve heads on a Lighting. For example, this is one of the threads returned:
