Pics of aftermarket wheels on DSG L's

I'm looking for pics of aftermarket wheels on DSG Lightnings. I just bought my '04 a couple of weeks ago. I've considered having some stock '04 wheels painted DSG to match the truck. I'm also looking for some tasteful aftermarket alternatives.

I'm not a bling-bling guy, and I'm not interested in oversize wheels. I'm going to stick with the 18x9.5 size.

I really like Fikse wheels (have them on my Z06). Do they make wheels for trucks? I heard they do not.

Let's see the pics!

Mart, you need those in 20s. That would make your truck bad a$$.

Fikse wheels

I have checked with Fikse before about the fitment of their wheels. They do not make any available with a bolt pattern of 5x135.

Glad to see you back as an L owner Wes. I traded my stock 03 wheels to the owner of Texas Mustang (Jerry) for these 18" chrome Ford Motorsport wheels. I think they look as good as anything on the DSG L. They are cheep too.

Hey Jerry,

yeah, I just sold my '99L and got an '04 DSG L. Very happy with it. Only 380 miles, but I've already done some minor mods (2psi pulley, FTVB, air intake). Still waiting on a chip and my Roush suspension to get here.

Your chrome Motorsport wheels look great on the DSG truck!

What suspension do you have? Yours is definitely lowered and it looks very nice.

Wes,
I have the Roush kit and you will love it. I also have a panhard bar and Hellwig anti sway bars. Also have TCE big brake kit. I do a few (three or four) driving schools in the L per year and it beats the crap out of going to the drags (JMHO). It sure is fun to have guys in cars that cost over six figures have a truck pass them in the twisties! Go here (www.thedriversedge.net) to see what I'm talking about. I don't know where Allen is (near Dallas?) but if you want to have a great time come join us sometime. We run in Ft. Worth and Collage Station. I will not be back at the track until Oct. (too hot).
