Alignment specs

If I use the "Owner Preferred" specs:

LH Caster 6.7
RH Caster 7.2
LH Camber -0.5
RH Camber -0.5
LH Toe -0.05 (slight toe in)
RH Toe -0.05 (same)

How will it affect my tire life?

Thanks,
David

By the way, I have a Roush kit and 2" shackle installed.

The specs you posted are what I ran on my roush kit for years ...

I never had tire wear problems, but that might be cause two new
ones were always going on the front and the old front ones
were rotatetd to the business end of the truck .... Got about 9K
outta each pair that way. ....

Those are really conservative specs. Barely any toe and not that much camber either. Don't sweat it.

Well, here's a little warning to others with the Roush suspension or lowered front ends. Make sure your alignment shop does not have a drive up (ramp) alignment rack. I got up early to take the L in to a shop highly recommended by a Mac Tool guy I know, only to find out they can't align the truck because it won't clear their ramps.

Anyone know a good alignment shop in Orlando area that does their alignments in a pit?

David

Dunno what kind of rack they had, but my truck is SLAMMED right now -- 2" lower than a Roush -- and I have not only been on an alignment lift, but also on two other lifts.

Maybe the shop you went to just had too short of lead-up ramps.

most of the "good" shoppes have qa drive on LIFT type
not hte old stationary platform type that was the first
iteration of the laser alignment rack.

Just look for one like that ...

The newest way is generally better ...

Just to be clear, this is the type that I was talking about.
