Jim and Shaun thanks
Jim and Shaun thanks
The JDM crew came down for Houston FFW and did some tuning and installation before racing this past weekend. Chillfactor, John A, myself and a few others got some new tunes.
I got the new Magnum Powers blower installed and to say the least I am impressed. I dont have any good 1/4 mile numbers due to the fact that I was bracket racing. But here is one the better ones a 12.4 @ 78 mph.... although my 1/8 mile time was a 7.6 @ 92 mph. So I like the new blower and tune I think its going to work out really well for me. I do not have a built motor so it still conservative on the tune. For a few things are running out on me such as mass air meter, injectors, and stock rods.
Once again thanks goes out to the whole JDM crew for the work these guys put in. I know we stayed at the shop 3 nights in a row way past 11pm and somtimes 2:30 am working on Lightnings. thanks again guys and hope you had a safe trip home.

The Magnum Power blower rocks and so does the the SCT tuner.
Jim and Shaun worked their butts off as they always do, but still had fun.
For Sue & I this was one of the best FFW we have been to even though Saturday was a rain out. I just wish I had taken pictures of everybody standing under the tent trying to stay dry waiting for the barbque brisket my son had cooked. For those who were not there we had 15 or more hungry, cold people waiting to be fed. Evan Smith from MM&FF magazine fame was huddled in there with the rest of us along with the Superchip dudes.
Thanks Jim and Shaun for all you did for me and the Lightning crowd.
Thanks to everybody who pitted with us and the camaraderie. It was truely a Fun Ford weekend!!!!

Yea even though the rain hit Jim, Shaun, Evan, Jamie, and myself still did some indoor racing at kart zone. Had blast and was fun to finally kick back and relax not working on Lightnings. Also if you have a chance go to a imaxx and watch Nascar 3-D its amazing and thats how we ended up racing at kart zone everyone was pumped.
