I did the reasearch on here for the electronic Fuel pressure gauge. People posted that one would need autometer part number 3280 to adapt it to fit onto our fuel rail. So i bought it and saw rightaway this would not work.

Part number 3280 is a 1/16" NPT Male to 1/8" NPT Female adapter.
But there is a male 1/16 NPT on the fuel rail. And since the fuel pressure sensor is a male as well (1/8" NPT male) you would need an adapter with 2 female ends.

Here is a pic of the adapter I read I had to go with. (its the one on the right)


I would need an adapter that went from a 1/16" female to a 1/8" female. Am I right? am I missing anything?

Urrr nevermind. I just went and took a better look and I have to remove the male fitting that comes on the fuel rail by ford. Now it all makes sense.
