NO HEAT or A/C since Efan install, HELP

Since adding the Efan and Cobra R water pump I have no heat or A/C.

Any Ideas?
I also have a 160 degree thermostat, but I had heat and A/C BEFORE the Efan/WP install.

The Fan in the cab blows, but it is not Hot (not very warm either) and the AC doesn't blow cold at all. I have not check to see if the A/C is out of coolant, but I will.

The E-fan is hooked up to HAYDEN wiring kit and the thermostat is between the coils on the radiator. I also have a toggle switch hooked up to it to cool the engine while at the track.

I tried running the Heat and A/C with the E-fan on and off, nothing.

Any Ideas. I'll NEED A/C in the summer.

I don't drive the truck when it is cold out, so I really can live without the heat, but would like it to work

The heat isn't that hot because of the 160. Use a 170 if you plan on driving it when you need heat.

it's not even warm. whatever the temp is outside is what it blows whether it is on Heat or A/C

You still get crazy hot heat with a 160* stat.
Menace, you screwed something up there. Maybe in the wiring? Does your new electric fan operate properly? When you put the controls on for A/C does the compresser operate? I`m sure it`s something stupid. Back track wiith the wiring.

Could be a bad Stat or in backwards ! try putting it in a pan&boiling it to see if it opens.

I had the same problem in my vehicle. When I put the lead into the fusebox under the hood it bent the lead on the fuse just enough that it wasn't making good contact. My a/c ceased functioning completely. I'd check both the contact and the fuse to be sure it is ok...

Here's a funny story of being stupid...

I had similar problems as you described in my 90 mustang. Motor was overheating too. I installed a fan, and the car started acting strange. Took it to the dealer to troubleshoot, they charged 250 for 2 days worth of troubleshooting and they didn't even find any problem with the car. One day while poking around in the garage my mom (who doesn't know the difference between flat head and philips screwdrivers) pointed out the belt didn't look like it did on the picture under the hood. Well she found my problem!!!!!!!!! I had ran the belt incorectly and was spinning the water pump backwards - and maybe the ac!
