Spring waxing , Boy shes old! (56k'ers beware)
The Lightning is 5 years old and a few months.
Been outside all her life and driven in the winter.
I Did my spring cleaning (except for the engine bay
) Mothers 3 phase waxing, mothers alum polish on the tips and wheels; I didn't do the tips much at all.
heres the pics. I think shes looking good for her age and what shes been through:

I did my spring detailing this week too... wash, clay, Klasse AIO, then P21S, and vacuum interior. At some point I'm going to take the wheels off and AIO those too and then 303 the tires & interior.
Too bad it's going to rain for the next few days.
After it's done raining and I wash it again I'll try to take some pics since I don't have any of my L yet.
I used the claybar 2 weeks ago, then a full coat of Zaino. The claybar was awesome - easier to use than I thought and took EVERYTHING off the paint's surface. Very smooth.
Unfortunately, somewhere during this week, I got sprayed with some sort of sticky crap. It's sort of like tree sap, but its laid on like a fine mist all over the surface. I have no idea what it is or where it came from, and I hope it slides off the polish at the next wash so I don't have to clay it again.
Your L looks great! Nice job.

Looking good
. It's impossible to keep anything clean for more than 5 min this time of year in NJ. Truck looks green after 5 min from the tree pollen.
I am hoping to convince the local Zaino master to hook me up with a zaino job though. What do you say Dan? You're an expert on silver trucks, and mine is...well...silver
