Dont have a Lightning but:
Had the DEI " Hornet 554R" Remote Start and Alarm installed in mine. Great alarm with many good features and good range. Also had them install a glass break detector in my ARE Z series cover in case someone breaks the glass on the cover.
Great range for remote start and alarm notify with 2 way remote. Can monitor most aspects of the alarm with visual LCD display on 2 way remote. Also comes with a 1 way remote that will still start truck, arm alarm etc but no LCD display. Well worth the money.....
