Thanks a lot Dale, we all await your response. I also have a few extra questions. I can build a box and do all the woodwork and such, but I have no idea where to buy the stuff to cover it or how on earth that stuff is applied, I have never really looked into it that deeply but if you could let me know how that works I would appreciate it.

The material is a carpet that has no backing. so its real flexible it goes on with a contac cement I spray mine thru a cheap bottom feed paint gun. you spray a coat on the carpet and a coat on the box. wait a little bit for it to tac up then apply. you should be able to find it at a local custom stereo store. . there is a art to covering one.

Or use the 3M spray adhesive that you can buy almost anywhere (auto parts store, etc..). For those without a spray gun/compressor.

Works just fine

yeah it fit, but it was pretty tight and its sickning loud.

yeah that thing took some finding. I knew you posted assembly pics someplace becuase i used it for another project i did (thanks by the way).
