Time To Eat Crow

Weighed L tonight didn't come in the 3800-3900 I predicted, must of had to many beers when taking sh*t off, felt heavier. Well here's the slip. 1/4 tank of fuel, both seats(Sparco), tailgate. Sorry for the hipe. Ed[IMG]www.f150online.com/galleries/images/1191-1587-90637.jpg[/IMG]

Stock they weigh what again? Pretty darn close to 3900ish

I was not in it, I think stock there close to 5000.# 2320frt , 1720rr, 4040 total. Ed

That's still a big difference. The official stock weight of the L is 4670. If you take off the tailgate and passenger seat you should be 39XX, so you haven't missed your goal by much.

Probleminfected

Man I wish it was that easy( just tell you) it's been a 2 1/2 yr process. The big easy stuff first. then a bunch of little stuff. I've had a lot of people ask the same. I'm not tring to be a no tell *****, I'll tell anybody anything they want to know. I'ts just tough I got parts in 3 differ rooms and shop adict. I will post pics from every angle in my gallery soon and everybody can see whats not there. Ed

That's excellent. Assuming the scale is accurate at E-town, with me in the truck and a 1/4 tank it weighed in at 4860. The scale is consistent because I weighed in on two different days and it was the same. That's full trim, BTW.

Nice job.

Hey you got any pics of the interior with the sparco seats??? (didn't see a link of any kind into your f150 gallery)

Im gonna put my L on my digital scales one day and start stripping stuff that i dotnt think i need. Id like to get it down to 4300 with me in it and still have a/c but i only weigh 145 so i that put the truck weight to 4150
