Its very very similar...much closer than the stock lamps were. If I remember I will take a picture when I get home. The bulbs look like they can replaced...but not with a silver star set

I did the Navigator CyberWhite 607WK foglight mod on Labor Day weekend, 2004. The glass lenses have not cracked or chipped in 18 months and I use them all the time.
Unlike some others doing this mod, I wired up the "Glow Ring". I ran a hot feed to the positive lead going to the OEM parking lamps and installed the red bulb boots inside the foglights. When just the headlights or parking lamps are used, the glow ring lights up. The glow ring disappears when the foglight switch is pulled out and the halogen bulbs illuminate.
I also bolted the lights in place by drilling two small holes in the back of plastic light housing and tapping in two short piece of threaded rod. Two small holes were drilled through the air dam and the lights were bolted in. There is absolutely no movement of the lights and the alignment ended up being perfect.

No problem with water and wiring them up was a piece of cake. I just cut off the OEM foglight plugs and left them attached to the old lights.
I then cut one of the female socket plugs off the harness that comes with the Cyberwhites and spliced it onto the factory foglight harness. Believe me, if you're even the slightest bit mechanically inclined, this mod is fairly easy to do.
The hardest part was figuring out a way to bolt them in. The threaded rod works fine. My truck is an 01, so I can't speak for the 99s or 00s.
