Which plugs?

I know this is talked about a lot but I'm changing them this week. I see Denso IT22 and NGK TR-6 not sure which one is best. The NGK's are much cheaper but willing to spend money if better.

CAI
Single blade Throttle body
2.80 upper pulley
Magnaflow muffler (soon to change when I make up my mind)
JDM Superchip --aggresive they say

NGK

I have eaten several plugs and they have all been Densos. I will admit they were destroyed under conditions they were not built to endure, but they seem to have little leeway. I have been running NKG's while I have been playig with boost levels and tune and they are definately a tuffer plug. If you have a tune down and one of your tuners reccommends a Denso for your application, then go for it. They idle and and, to me, have better throttle response than the NGK's, but the NGK's are definately harder to destroy.
