is a 2/4 drop too low????

im going to lowering the L this week...and ive got some price quotes from a shop here in town..they have a ground force 2/4 kit for $500...and thats sounds pretty good to me..but im wondering if that may be too low...(scraping, hitting) and i was concerend that a 1/3 would not be enough....any advice from those who have lowered before??? whats the best way to go to achive a great look but still not have to be o so careful around town...

Thumbs up

I have a 3/4 drop right now and I haven't had any problems with hitting anything. I would definitely scrape my front bumper on curbs if i pulled in too far but i'm careful about it. The previous owner did scrape up the front bumper on a curb while parking.

I have the ground force kit. I have scrape the bottom of the front bumper with that kit. It is a nice kit to do. But get Shock extenders form So-cal. If you don't get them you will not like the ride. It makes such a difference it the way the truck rides.
