Head Gasket Replacement

My Passenger side head gasket is leaking oil and was wondering if Ford will have to pull the engine to replace head gasket.

Probably easier for them to lift the cab off the frame and get access to the head that way. i pulled my engine and it seems easier if i would have just lifted the cab. just my 2cents
