Paint imperfections

I've got a question for yall. Ive got a lot of water spots and some swerrel marks on my black truck. What do i need to do to get the water spots and marks out. Any ideas

for the swirls i like 3m scratch remover. For the water spots. .. .how about washing the truck ?

I use Mequiar's swirl mark remover (the consumer stuff/deep crystal) and works well. As for the water marks, use a quick detailer spray and a micro fiber cloth.
