FTVB help!
well i installed my 2cr ftvb today and it is waaaaay too insane. My truck is basically stock and i used to have the regular version of the ftvb but felt that it was too mild.
I cant even go WOT, when i do there is a loud clank coming from the rear when it shifts, it sound like the driveshaft. Is there any way you can make a custom version of the valve body, something in between the 2c and the 2cr?? Help

Jubelands,,
I have found the vb's seem to "calm down" a little after a 100 miles or so, I THINK it takes a while for all the worm trails in the VB to bleed any air. At least that has been my experience with them..... One question ... do you have any type of traction assist device? I hope all ends as you wish!

well the valve body has calmed down a little so it's cool now. The only problem is that my leaf springs are binding and slamming into my frame everytime it shifts. What can i do to stop the springs from binding. Can't really afford traction bars at the moment. Would leaf spring clamps help??

do you have traction bars?
it might be your rear end twisting during the 1-2 shift.
If you have slapper bars (lakewoods or truck tracks) they may need to be set closer to the frame

I checked under the truck and the frame where the leafs were hitting is banged up pretty good. it's happening on both sides but a lot more on the drivers side than the passengers.
What could i do?
