I would say between $280 and $300 installed. So, if the part costs $225...then $55 to $75 for labor.

Do this yourself. The instructions are straight forward. It took me only about an hour and a half and I'm no mechanic. Also don't forget the deep tranny pan with the drain plug and get a new filter while you're at it. I've got the B&M aluminum pan and I love it.

I would say do it yourself too, really easy and directions are simple...you never know how much labor they will charge, but probaby about 1 hr at $40 maybe? then fluid 7qts @ $4? thats $70 right there.
