Grinomyte-I haven't checked the IAC yet. Is it worth just replacing it? any idea what a new one costs?
If you flipped it to the aggressive side of the chip in cool weather without higher octane fuel mixed in then you might have melted a tip or two on your new plugs. Did you hear any detonation?
It will still run with a little miss if the plug is not damaged too bad.

iacs are notorious for going back on fords, so even if you don't need it now, chances are down the road you will, but either case, you can still return it if it doesnt fix your problem. They run about 60-70 bucks.

Try cleaning the MAF sensor with some contact cleaner, if you have a K&N filter the MAF can catch some of the oil from the filter, also try cleaning your idle air control valve, they can get dirty and stop working properly, I clean mine with carb cleaner every month and a half or so.

Cleanned my maf. I havent checked the aic yet. This weekend I am going to check my plugs.
This might be a stupid questions, but how do you check to see if the coils are bad.

I dont know how I could check to see if was hot because I dont want to take the plugs out when she is hot.
It might be easier just to go to ford and hook it up to a machine.
How much does that usally run?

dunno, but not the plug, the actual coil will be hot. I don't know exactly how true this is because i've never experienced it first hand, just hearsay. You can touch the coils tho, no problem. Maybe you should use one of those infrared temp sensors, but a burn is worth it if your gonna find your problem.
