haha

i liked the burnout one myself. Reminds me of my buddy when he went to the track with his stang the first time. Couldn't get the tires to spin without hooking so he gave up. Then the light drops green and he sat there. They had to knock on his window and tell him to go. Then he asked if he could just wait for the next car and try again

Personally I think dodges are ugly, and wished GM would have put up some better competition for the L, like a sierra with a Z06 motor, but anyways even though the dodges suck I am sure they're times will get better I mean what were the best times Lightnings were running when the 99's came out? I know they didn't cost 45k but then again it is a dodge and needs all the help it can get, and that manuel trans isn't helping much either, hopefully the new lightning won't be a stick.

LMAO........now that is a story that needs a video. So...did they let him wait for the next car... .

We watched a nuub out at Ennis one night drive about 3 foot past the staging lights. The starter kept trying to motion him back but the poor guy had no idea what was going on. Finally the starter gave up and put his foot across the beams to set the light.....I bet that was one heck of a 60 foot. He is probably still showing off that time slip

OK I'll give the srt-10 truck its props, it is a very nice truck.

HOWEVER,

It was touted as the lightning killer. It was going to be the best thing since sliced bread. I heard it was running 10's in prototype form.

The biggest thing about the SRT-10 is that it FAILED to live up to it's HYPE.

All show no go? Not the srt-10 goes, but not fast enough.

for $15k over the Lightning, it should BLOW US AWAY.

Too Bad the dodge boys buy all the marketing Hype and were sadly disappointed.

(actually, reminds me of the hemi hype)

Lightning 3
Srt-truck ZERO

Sadly disappointed? I still don't think they've figured it out yet.

That commentary was pretty lame and could have been edited out to make a better video.

The SRT does enough to embarrass itself. We don't need L owners doing it for them.

I think we need a special place on the internet to store and record SRT kills....kinda like the "fastest Lightning" list on NLOC. Anyone willing to host it? Maybe a link to each one caught on video?

I ran a 14.5 (on my worst run) and that was going sideways off the line almost.
