Suggestions (options) on blower (upper) pulley??

Suggestions (options) on blower (upper) pulley??
I am running a 4# lower and am swapping out the upper pulley... any idea what size to go with here? This is on stock block/blower.

This is my best bet? Need to change out the IT-20's for this? I hate plug swaps...
Chip program will be taken care of, and also new gatorback will be used... I am sure what I have now will not work, right?
Realistically, does this change really help me?

the uppers seem to create to much belt slip, as i have expierence
