Got predator today..HELP!!!!!!!

Ok i got the predator today and installed there performance pulley tune.Jumped in the truck and started to take her for a test drive when i heard my baby pinging like crazy so i pulled over and used the pulley/performance 90mm tune it says its for 99-00 lightning's only.Well i thought a 99 had the 80MM MAF. Well i drove home and this tune isnt making the truck ping.I also went and mnodified the tuen as well by adjusting the timing a hair advance and also riched it up alittle bit. Oh and also firmed up the 1st to 2nd shift alittle. What have u exsperienced predator guys found out works the best. Check out my mods and tell me what tunes or modified paramaters i should use.THanks guys

All I saw in your profile was you had a 99?

From: Colorado,
Like I said, I still don't see no engine mods.
Just that upper pulley.

The 1st-2nd shift was a good idea.

I would stick with the mildest tune and run good gas until your ready to up the anti.

Don't forget to keep that fuel filter clean.
Cold air kit next on the list.

DO u think its a bad idea to run that pulley/90MM tune it ways its for the 99-00 lightnings but they came stock with a 80MM MAf...

Not sure if this is exactly what you're asking...but I was once told by a tuner if you run the program that is for a 90mm MAF and you actually have a 80mm...it is no problem, you'll just run a little richer because there's not as much air coming in as the computer thinks---(safer). If it were the other way around, w/ 80mm program and actually running a 90mm MAF, you would be running leaner.
