I just got back from the track (1\8th mile)
I looked up my times from last fall with similiar times for a comparison.
It was right at 50deg. which is exactly the temp I had on the times from last fall.

I did run a best of 8.10. My previouse best was 8.12. I will admit I was hoping for high 7's. Is it possible to get high 7's on stock F1's?


Ok, the times:
This was on stock F1's no traction bars and pump 93oct gas. The only diff. is the ported eaton and the "last fall" times I had the lakewoods on. I did get some axle wrap so next time out I will put on the lakewoods.


TODAY (ported eaton): 8.10 @86.89 1.861 60'
Last fall (stock eaton) 8.12 @86.18 1.85 60'

TODAY (ported eaton) 8.22 @87.05 1.95 60'
Last fall (stock eaton) 8.21 @86.20 1.90 60'


TODAY (ported eaton) 8.16 @86.53 1.89 60'
Last fall (stock eaton) 8.15 @85.73 1.82 60'


These are the results. What do you all think?

 

Good numbers man...From what I hear though, the ported eaton really shows it's stuff after the 1/8 mile with a strong top end charge...So get that truck to the 1320 and really see what it'll do...

you did have lakewoods installed in the fall?

you did not have te lakewoods installed TODAY?

 

yea, if u look at your numbers the ported eaton seems to be making a lot more high end power since, hence higher mph.

I had lakewoods on this past fall.
