4 or 6LB plus Nitrous ='s 2 Zones Colder Plugs needed
I prefer Denso IT-22's @ .038
You could use NGK BRE-7's as a cheaper alternate,
BUT DON'T GO HOTTER

You can get Denso's pre gapped from Outrageous Preformance for a few dollars more. Just let them know when ordering them.

LMAO, What has the Community come to when you are paying extra to have plugs gapped ? If you have to pay to have plugs gapped then you shouldnt be replacing your plugs, pay somebody.

BTW- Take Robs advice but he forgot to remind you about the timing

I am only speaking from experience, definitely agree you need a colder plug. I have tried the Denso IT 22's (they are an awesome race plug if they hold up - Rob has had great response from them), the AR 93's that was the next plug I tried after the 22's and I was unhappy with the smoothness and throttle response so I went to the Beru "silverstone" S1K's and they have been in my L for 3000+ miles of which I run my race program 100% of the time. I noticed immediate throttle response and improvement in day to day driving. I am a true believer in the Beru's. I am running a KB, 16lbs boost no NOS for what it's worth.

Good Luck on your decision!

D-Day
