Tonight at E-Town

I ran a 13.63 @101.7

The only mod i have is borla exhaust
Brand new F1s with 32psi
Fiberglass bed cover, bed rug, trailor hitch and 3, 10 inch speakers

When i lowerd the tire pressure i ran a 13.7 @100.9 and a 14.1 at 100.7

Why was it slower with less tire pressure?
Thursday of next week i am getting the 4 pound lower and the chip from JDM.
what do you think i will run then?

my truck

Did you let the engine cool off? Could have been heat soaked.

I think it's great that your track is open this time of year. All our tracks here in Michigan don't open till next month!

And I think Fred the Lightning Bug, hit the nail on the head.

Good Luck in your quest for more speed, its never-endind. If the weather holds out (friggin rain) I hope to do some testing this weekend

Because you are getting less of a contact patch on the F1's with less pressure. Although in all of my runs with F1's I have found that 28 psi works best. It also depends on how you launch, track conditions, etc.

That 2.0 60' is pretty good for E-Town. Especially this early in the Season (cold).

Drop down to 28PSI like YYSENHIMER said and you may see some sub 2.xx 60s. That'll knock a couple tenths off your ET.

Good luck.
