Grinding the Blower Smooth

Looking at my blower the other night I realized the rotor housing was not level with the nose/case, so some grinding needed to be done. Now that all 3 pieces are level I think the final product will look alot better.


Grinder and Scotchbrite pads used to complete this project.

Looks Great

I went ahead and had my buddy grind off the Kenne Bell logo off mine so that he could polish it better
He is doing some touch-up work on it so I can be ready for the car shows coming up.
He did a pretty good job of polisheing it the first time, but he wanted it to be perfect

Doesnt polishing the blower cause a bunch of future maintenance?? doesnt it oxidize quickly?? just curious.

Yes, there is alot of maintance involved in keeping the blower looking good.

why not powder coat it clear? or use regular clear coat?
