My advice....if you have the chance to move on, do it. I still work hand in hand with the Army but get paid quite a bit more. Anyways, congrats on the L and good luck to you.

Hey cool, so am I. I'm a crew chief on the B1-B out here at Dyess A.F.B - Abilene TX. Is there any L's on your base because there is only one other L that I have seen on our base, it's kind of cool to have something that everyone else doesn't have.

Thank you for your service ND4SPD.....I went to college in Abilene for a yr and a half. Not a bad city. I wish I would have joined the AF, but the Army gave me some really good technical training. Good luck to you.

I was there from the fall of 96 to the spring of 98. Then transferred to TT in Lubbock. From there I joined the ARMY. Abilene was bigger than where I grew up, but still had a small town feel. I'm assuming you run your truck at the track out on 20 on the west side of town??
