I just got back from all of the races at Daytona. Before the start of the truck race there was 104 of those trucks on the track. I think that they were all new since they had window stickers on them. Everyone of them was Black or Blue with a white stripe. There was about 5 or 6 more accross the street where they were giving road race thrill rides. That makes about 110 trucks at $50K each= a lot of money. The trucks look ok, but they are way too high and massive looking. My 21 year old son went for a thrill ride in one and said that it was nice, but he didn't think that it felt very fast. They would smoke the tires off the corners, but my son told me the drivers were "clutching " it to get the tires loose. He said the Dodge felt about the same as a stock Lightning or maybe just a little faster. OK truck, but WAY over priced. Skip

I would love to go to just 1 race down there. Guess I gotta settle for the Vegas race in 2 weeks and hang out in the pits and garage with all the drivers and teams.
