Like I said, my oil prob's are a million times better with the
Lightning Enterprise PCV Fix, yes there is a little coating in the
upper manifold, but you saw my intercooler, it's spotless,
and so is the Boot and T/B, so I can live with this

Think I'll get a ported one since it only takes minutes to change

Time to test it, YIP YIP YIPPY YIA

curious

Rob,

Looks good chief.

Question for the collective:

Does Apten cut the trapezoid in the casing like WASP does?

Not to rain on anyone's parade but the structural integrity appears to have been a bit compromised by the extra hole in the bottom of the casing.

Yes,

The Apten looks just like the WASP.

Bob

Only time will tell Bob.
The case IS pretty damn thick and I think as long as the bearings in the case are in good order you shouldn't see any fractures there. The part I would be worried about is the forward most opening at the top of the "V" near the snout. Most stress at that point ( bolts holding the snout & belt tension on the pulley ).

However, I'm sending off my blower to Apten and let them have at it. I'm not too worried.
