Best spark plug mod ?

Not sure just what you're asking but 'spark plugs', in and of themselves, can not make extra HP. They can be a 'safe-guard' against detonation by increasing moving to a 'colder' plug.

If not, they IMO I would just stick with the stock plugs, they are fine for a stock truck. BUT, please go through all 8 plugs and make sure they are snug tight to minimize the chance of blowing one out.
If you are modded or plan on getting mods, then get plugs that will go with the mod list. Search through old posts, it's either going to be NGK's or Denso's.

TR6's are the best all around plug you can get for our trucks. Even at 22 lbs of boost with my KB and 635rwhp they work awesome.
