i was told there is a drain plug on the KB on the right side at the base of the snout... I thought I knew what I was looking at, but that bolt appears to be one of the ones that hold the snout onto the blower casing. Where the hell is the drain plug? Can someone take a pic for me? or at least describe exactly where it is?

 

There isn't a drain plug on mine. I must have got one of the old ones.
