Blower/intercooler removal, what parts to replace

Sending out the blower Saturday to Apten.

I plan on removing it and cleaning the intercooler. What parts do I need to replace ( gaskets, bolts?) and do you have the part numbers.
Thanks

Gaskets, bolts all reusable. The only extra gasket you might want to have on hand is the EGR/manfold gasket (if you wimp out and can't get the big retaining nut off). And plan on a couple cans of throttle body/carb cleaner to clean the I/C.

The S/C bolts are Torque to Yield, so they need to be replaced.

With that said I took the advise of a few on here and reused the old bolts, no problems yet.

Yup, Ford Service Manual say's to remove and discard the S/C bolts. They're stretch bolts. There's also are also 2 special torque steps and a special sequence that they want you to follow.

The bolt's do not need to be replaced. My SVT mechanic is reinstalling mine. Hell, the 99/00 IC recall didn't even require new bolts!

Do yourself a favor and change the plugs while it's down. I just installed my ported blower last night. I also installed some inserts for the blown spark plug. Changed all the belts. Cleaned the he11 out of everything. And now just standing by for my new program and S/C bolts. My bolts were nasty when I pulled them. Good luck.
