Constant Bad Alignment!
A lot of it has to do with the wide tires we run.
I know my allignment is right on, but with the F1's it pulls a little to the left. When I run the skinnier tires on the front it tracks perfectlly straight.

Why do you guys have to make this so hard? My old school way was to have the cam kit installed,align the front end and TACK WELD the drivers side lower A frame bolt washer to the A frame. All you have to do is scrape off the frame wax where you want to weld the washer. have a 99L and had the clunk. This was done in 2000 and the truck is still in alignment with NO Clunk. If the alignment goes out all you do is cut the weld re-align it and tack it again. You don,t need washers!!!!

I have the DL stainless steel washers!!!!!!!!!!! They are quality pieces and I havent had any clunking since then. Weld on the truck?? Thats ghetto ****. I would do it right and get the washers. DL's washers wont rust like the "other" ones on the market

Let me know if that washer helps you out-- I might have an issue as well, but my "old skool" alignment shop that has been open ever since Las Vegas was built, tells me I might have a bad tire. I will try a rotation tomorrow and let you know. I have had bad tires before on other vehicles that made it pull....
I might as well just get the washers anyways because there is the clunk.....

So do they all cost $30 for a set of washers? Seems a bit high...
If anyone knows a cheaper price they can IM me at the same name, or email me at skater1035@aol.com
I don't know why they call it a clunk, its more like a creak....
Whatever is causing my alignment though needs to be fixed. This is the second time its been so bad it yanks me into the left hand lane if I let go of the wheel for a second.

Jon;
You might also have the other clunk or creak problem.Try greasing yor steering stops. This noise usually happens when making a sharp left or right turn while going up or down an incline surface. I also had this problem and it stopped when I greased the stops.
