I will try a rotation tomorrow and let you know. I have had bad tires before on other vehicles that made it pull....

I might as well just get the washers anyways because there is the clunk.....
I didn't get to the rotation until recently, but it no longer pulls since I got the tires rotated..... So a tire might be your issue.....My tires are low on tread anyways so I will just let them wear out before I start replacing tires-

If anyone knows a cheaper price they can IM me at the same name, or email me at skater1035@aol.com

I never had an alignment problem, or atleast never had a set of tires last long enough to notice

whats so funny? The fact that nothing for a Lightning, including 1" round pieces of steel, can cost less than $30 to produce? Or the fact that they are not made of gold?

Steel, they are made of SS...

Go ahead, make your own washers for yourself.

The 1 inch size is cheap, it's the other 1/2 inch of the washer that cost the most. (lol) Buy a flat washer 1 inch thick from your local hardware store and cut you two groves in it with a hand file..Should work great..

30 is cheap. I guess you could do like that one guy that responded to this thread and weld the washer to the lower a arm. Personally I dont weld anything on my truck. If you pay 30k+ for a truck then do it right. Cutting corners only bites you in the *** later on down the road.

You said they were to much, Make your own Smartass.. I don't give a ******* if you buy them or not. Like you weren't being a smart@ss too. Don't dish it out, If you can't take it.

I believe your question has already been answered many times by fellow L owners.

P.S. I'm not a supporting vendor on here, I can't say that I do or do not sell washers. You see...the other guys told you, not me. I just maybe, make some gas money each week.

Seems to me you are the smart *** bro. You acted like 30 was alot to pay and that they didnt cost alot to make. You are right in that aspect. They may not cost alot to make. If you have a high dollar CNC machine. Judging from the slight heart attack you had when you found out they were 30, My guess is that you dont have a machine to make it. I have bought the Herbs and they rusted like hell. Paid 50 for them. Bought the 30 dollar washers from DL, Got the TSB on the clunk too. Ford dealer fixed them for free. All I got from herb was two rusty washers. Sheesh. The way some of you L owners come off makes me wonder how you came off the pocket to even buy a Lightning.

They look like SS, they must be mine. I must have left some in Metco's trailer last fall, They usually carry some in their trailer to sell for me at their vendor exhibit. Metco doesn't make them. You got lucky, I'll talk to Aaron in the morning. No wonder he sold them to you for $20.00 each, he didn't buy the ones he sent you. I talked to his dad tonight, he didn't know anything about it.

So is that an apology ? No doesnt sound like one...
At least you are consistent DL....

I like the way you use the word "mine". Herb came up with the idea, then you likely bought a set then had metco make them for you and then later changed and had another machine shop make them. Oh wait yours are different cause they are stainless. LOL

It is as if you dont think that Metco could make them out of stainless and sell them themselves after you went to another vendor. They led me to believe I could have bought as many as I wanted.

PS - I bought the SAME parts a year or 2 ago from the Metco booth at FFW for $20 and never installed them. Traded them to one of the TALON guys for help with an install. Those were stainless as well I believe...

All this could have been avoided if you had stopped marketing any of the many times I asked you to.

Doug
