Question 2004 Issues

Alright guys,

I'm finally going to get my chance to get a L. My question is, is anybody experiencing any new problems with the 2004 L. I know they are supposed to be the same as a 2003, but I have heard 1 report of a bad vibration above 80. Has any other 04's experienced this or other problems?

Thanks

2000 miles on mine and no vibration.

The radio in mine had a high pitch whine from the cooling fan, they replaced it and thats fine now, although both radios have very bad reception, lots of static. They are ordering me another one to put in.

No other problems as of today, I just can't seem to keep gas in the darn thing

Vibrations about 80mph?

Well I just bought my 03 on Monday and sounds like a good reason to take it above 80mph ”Honest officer, I am conducting research that requires speeds in excess of 80mph”

I will report back later this evening…

2,050 miles on mine, I have the same minor whine on the radio. Not a big enough problem for me to want to take it in though (bad luck/history with service on my 01, that's why I now have the '04)

Good Luck & Enjoy!!
