Well guess what, the SOB Dealer just called and said
WE GOT A PROBLEM ($#*@(*#$(*#$@($##
Apparantly ya they took it back from someone who
didn't pay for it, but there's a lean on it, and the Bank
aint letting it be re-transfered.

Meanwhile the dealership is telling me they only found this out
NOW, THE DAY AFTER, while TRYING to get it registered for me.
Of course they happen to have another 03 but claim it's more.
I'm soooo pissed off righth now, just called the insurance company and UN DID the change.

I'm sure I'll end up with something else today &@#&#*#&#

Dont give it back man, its their mistake, they should pay for it not you. You had an agreement, u get this car for that price, tell them if they want this car back they are gonna have to give u another one for that same price.

 

Damn Ronbo that really effin sux. I'm sorry to hear it. You should make the dealer give you that other 03 for the same price. Back when I was buying the L, I was supposed to be getting a silver 01 with 11k on it for a price while they had the Red 01 I have now on their lot. After putting the downpayment on it on the condition it was coming in for trade in for a man buying an 03 Cobra a month later they called and told me he sold it privately. The Red 01 only had 4200 miles on it and was about 5grand more than the Silver 01 I was originally goin to get, but they gave me the Red 01 for the same cheaper price. I would go in and talk to them and see what happens. You never know till you try. Once again sorry man.

I ended up with the other one, (diff one) the dealer claims they are going to give the "original one" back. And they insist this one cost them 1500.00 more and to boot it has 15k on it instead of 10k. No big deal considering the wrrnty, but still, it should be cheaper, and they don't want to budge a bit. I ask them to please explain how one with 6k more miles cost them more money, they did show me where the original one was originally bought and registered in may and this one was bought months later and had less payments made on it ???? I guess it somewhat makes sence, These SOB's are all the same. &#*@$*@#$*@#$

The only good part is this one is a better color, it's thats
white-ish cream color sparkle metalic almost looks like it changes color like a Lexus kind of color.

And the interior color is nicer, the orig one was like a natural light color and I already put grease marks on the head liner and sun viser, this one is grey/silver leather.

So ya we met @ 1/2 way and it'll cost me @ 12.00 more per month
I could have gotten many other vehicles they had for much much less, but I got to say, I love the way this thing drives,
AND THOSE HEATED SEATS ARE SOOOOOOOO COOL,

 

Congrats RONDBO, and no, we're not all alike. That new ride looks very RICE, ahhhh I mean NICE. How's that car going to do with the winter weather and snow you get? I must say, I've never heard of a situation like you explained. In the case of a roll-back (bank wouldn't approve the loan so the dealer gets the car back) there never is a leanholder. If there is a lien holder and the people just don't make their payments, then you have a repo. Our used car buyer buys repos occasionally, but he gets them from the auction. When this happens,there is no LIEN from the lender because the dealer buys the car from them. If the lender gets less than what was owed on the loan, they will sue the original buyrer for the difference. But then, I live in California, and you're in NY. Things may work differently there. I agree Mart man, and just a few hours ago, they dam near had
me escorted out of the Dealership by Police
I guess you guys know me good enough by now to know
I don't exactly think rationally at all times and when I go off,

Well the reason this all was one big *** up was because they
just kicked me out the door with temp everything last night
and planned on processing the paper work today.
You heard the story how I now have another 03,
but the Color and interior is truly a nicer color, so I'm cool
with it, and for 12.00 I WAS OK with that too.

Did I mention the Dealership is across the street from where I work and the salesman I bought it from is a guy I see in the Deli everymorning, but never knew. He's a Professional Elvis imatator
on the side, the look, hair, sideburns, walk, the works

I'll do this in two parts so it's not TOO overwhelming.

 

So today after the paper work and Insurance is all changed,
I go over for the signing of the final papers around 3:00.
I walk in and get the usual, sit at my desk be right with you,
45 minutes later we're still waiting for the Money guy to come down from upstairs, well he comes down, shakes hands, sits
down and says, well I'm not the finacial guy, so I'll explain it how it was explained to me, and he lays down the papers and the payments are 345.00 a month (The Orig deal was Hopefully 250 or so) But I already knew it was gonna be more like 265 -275
(I planned for that)

So as fast as he said that one sentence, Fire immediatly goes
to my eye's, I jump out of my seat,
SCREAM F.UCK YOU, GIVE ME MY JEEP BACK
The entire place hears me, people are already walking over,
and I continue to yell [b] FU you ****** Scam Artist's, deals off)
I grab the pile of paperwork from his desk, including my Check + Title, I storm towards the door, I see Elvis across the other side taken in another sale and I scream to Him DEAL OFF, I'M TAKEN MY PLATES OFF.

I fly outside, and head for the rear plate on the new ride,
by now I got a good 8 people behind me giving me the
Oh Please Mr Caruso, whats wrong MR Caruso, please
please what happen. By now I'm totally furious, and proceed
to scream out you ****** a$$holes are all a like, I should have known it was a scam, first the bate and switch, and now this
****** B/S bla bla bla, by now the owners, mgr's, even the wax boys are out trying to calm me down.

I GIVE ELVIS CREDIT weather it was an act or not, he starts going off screaming, [i]I'm gonna throw something through the ****** window, this B/S ALWAYS HAPPENS, I had an agreement with mr caruso, bla bla bla. So now I get an owner in my face with his hand out, Mr Caruso I'm Mr Bla and for now on in I deal directly with you, I say NO, why ?, Rick (Elvis) didn't do anything wrong, we had an agreement and the original deal was pulled from me, I originally only wanted to pay 250-265, then it went up
with this new car, and i'm already pissed that I have to pay more for a Car with more miles.

Long story short, they re-did the paper work in like minutes and got my screaming *** out of there. It's now back where it belongs but still more than I originally wanted to pay, but not bad.
I couldn't lease one for $275.00 per month, so an 03 w 15K on it for 275.00 a month with a 5yr 50K wrrnty, free towing, road side assistants, life time rust and rot wrrnty, etc....
It's a great deal in my eye's and I do truly Love the car AGAIN.

BTW
I already went back tonight and made Elvis steal another cig lighter form the car I was SUPPOSE to get. I found a small tiny dimple like ding in the roof, so I told them they're fixing it, they of course said NO PROBLEM Mr Caruso , call us tommorrow and we'll set up the appointment, hehehehehe.
