FINALLY...A JDM tune WITHOUT the chip
It looks like the wide connector is for the diagnostic port under the dash and the narrow connector is a 9 pin serial port connector. The serial connector has to go to the programmer meaning a serial cable should do the job connecting to the computer.
Unless they are buying from a military contractor, I think $100 for a cable is a bit much.

Never said this was "Sliced bread" , But pretty cool if you like JDM tunes. (Kinda like how JLP guys were happy to see the predator)
