Question Help on choosing a paper topic....

I've got to write a 25 page paper for my Engineering Economics class and I was wondering if you guys had any ideas that invole something with our trucks. The requirements are basically to compare/contrast some aspect of my choice from a financial perspective.

I have a bunch of ideas, but I want to find something that I can get as much readily accessible info as possible to make it easier.

Some ideas I have had are:

spark plug thread count 99-02 vs 03+
Graphite coated impellers vs. stock
stronger internals vs. stock

If anyone has any ideas or places I can find some information on any of these PLEASE help me out. Thanks peeps.

Compare from a financial aspect the gains using nitrous oxide versus conventional bolt ons.

Include alternate uses for medical grade NAWZ

That is a pretty good idea, very open ended. Anyone else have any ideas? They don't have to be good ideas, I can always choose to not use em, lol. Seriously though, lemme hear what you all got.

How bout Tuner Wars, you know good old fasion competition,
Vendors and Customer's lieing about one to another, so they can
bring profit to the other. (WOW THAT ACTUAKKY NADE SENSE)
If a product must be part of the comparison why not talk about how a chip or pulley or air system is the same, yet the Customers (thats us) still takes sides, and this seperation happens amoungst US ALL, based mostly on who won the last war, and what Tuner is Joe using.

When you think about it, it's kind of silly the way people choose sides, and seperate themselves based on a tuner/vendor.
But it does happen everyday, and I think thats a dam good topic.

I think you should go with Rob's NAWZ vs. Bolt-ons idea. You will have much less trouble writing 25 pages on that than you would writing about something like spark plugs. Good luck Kimball

This is an easy one. Just do your paper on the relationship of Vehicle Weight / AeroDynamics / Rolling Resistance / Horsepower / Infinitly long Tracks / Rear Wings / Tire Pressure&Diameter .....VS......Top Speed.

There should be alot of info on that stuff floating around...somewhere.

Oh and to tie it in financially state how much it costs to overcome all the different factors that adversly affect speed.
