The curb weight is the weight of the truck. For the '03 L it is 4670. The GVRW is the total weight with a payload. If you take the GVRW and subtract the curb weight, that will tell you how much you can haul in your L including passangers.
So what in the L, makes it as heavy/heavier than my SCREW? Or, what in my SCREW makes it as light as your L?
I know the shell/outer walls to my bed are composite, not metal, and my hood is Aluminum(?) as a magnet wont stick to it.
The L's rims are probably heavier, and then there is a Supercharger, but I would think the Screw would be heavier
I also have a Spray in liner, sub and box, and class 3 hitch, so it is probably a little heavier than it should be stock.
