Has anyone done this before?
I agree, photochopped or hydraulics. There is no exhaust or tire smoke coming from the back of either car, and the cars are level in the front. In all the other photos of front wheel lift from power, the drivers side comes up higher than the passangers side. They did a great job with the photo though.

This is common for the forth gen camaros and trans ams, i used to be a 4gen guy myself and got to this point.
350 plus RWHP, dropped front sway bar, battery relocation, bullet proof 12 bolt with 3.73 or 4.10, BMR torque arm, shocks that allow weight transfer (QA1), After market control arms and panhard rod and drag slicks will get you this point, not to mention great 60 ft times.
I sometimes miss it but still love my lightning. I would not trade her for anything.

I rode in a '67 Nova with a built 327 that would show you the clouds if you weren't careful with it. Of course it was gutted and ran low 6s in the 1/8 mile also.
I don't think your gonna see too many f-bodies lifting that much on the street though. I'd say photoshop. The cars just don't look like they are moving at all.

There are no burnout marks behind them from heating up the tires, and I think there should be more space between the front wheel and fender and less in the back.

I only know of a couple of boys who can lift the fronts on the street.. and they do not use regular radials to do it
From the looks of it those guys are running regular radials so I would so no way in hell

BTW
The dead give a way it's fake is that it's level

When you do a REAL WHEEL STAND
the power side (drivers Side) "ALWAYS" pulls higher
I give them credit, they tried to make it look like that,
BUT NOT
Example already given

Do wheelies in front of my house with a VW rear engine sandrail count?
I think I am going to get out of the sand fun and put everything on a little street leagal Manx style buggy. I hope my pumped up 2275 will pull the wheels on the street.
With an aluminum front end and all that engine weight in the rear I am hopefull.
Would love to have my L do and still be a daily driver.

to any car or truck that can lift the wheels off the ground.
